Hello, I'm 20 years old and i was diagnosed only a year ago. My neurologist doesn't seem to think Chiari is a severe thing but I see the truth, I have only had one mri because I knew for years something was just not right I have had a headache everyday for almost 4 years. My doctor never explained what Chiari was or even how far my herniation is, he was more concerned about my CMT. I can't have another MRI yet due to being pregnant but I know I have multiple symptoms, daily head ache, intense pressure in head, neck, shoulder and back pain, my ears feel full almost like they have popped like they would when you go to high altitudes, brain fog going blank in the middle of a conversation, vertigo, dizziness, ears ringing, vasovagal syncope (happening about 2-3times a week now) tingling numbness and much more. With all my symptoms and pain I have done a lot of research and my biggest concern right now is the safety of giving birth. I have a daughter she is two but I had her before I knew I had Chiari i had her vaginally but that's before all symptoms and she was a preemie only weighing 4lbs, 3oz but now I don't know if I should have another vaginal birth or c-section due to my passing out and incredible pressure in my head. What do you think my fellow Chiarians?
