CCF NL Question - Eric Baron D.O.

Ok, my 'new' PCP ordered MRIs and told me to get an appointment with a NL and NS. Because of where we live he advised one of two places as my only real choices as there is no one around here worth seeing.

After much research I choose to call Eric Baron [a NL] from Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. His office assures me that he commonly deals with another issue I have going on as well as Chiari Malformation. His internet reviews don't seem too bad so ....

What do you all think? I do not see him listed in a search of this forum. But has anyone seen him? If so would you mind sharing your impression? If you don't want to say in public please PM me.

No energy to add his phone and such right now.

However an update - Anyone with CM needing a NL. Dr Eric Baron practices in Ohio. He has an office seperate from the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus but also comes to work in the Headache center at the Main Campus.

He seems to really understand CM. Is very kind and really listens to the patient. My experience with him at this point is very positive.

High hopes. We'll wait and have a couple more visits before I add him to our list but .... wouldn't turn anyone away giving him a chance though.

Sending me to see a NS but he was very helpful. Seems to understand and care. Definitely impressed that he seems to know exactly the questions to ask, even the stuff we don't like to talk about. Most of all though is that along with the wisdom he is very kind.

It's a bit early to tell for sure, however, this NL really seems to understand. He is very human, meaning he treats you with respect as a fellow human.

Time will tell but I'm very hopeful that we have found a good Dr that has the knowledge to help.
