Ok thanks a lot. I contacted the Chiari Institute in Great neck, NY, and mailed them my MRI's and stuff so If they think I need treatment I'll make sure I get it.

U can find info and Dr lists to use to research Drs as this list is not a referral nor an endorsement...
One of the biggest problems we have it radiologists and NS's using terms like minimal they are not including or considering symptoms...just how it appears clinically on film....and that one word can delay getting treatment or more testing....
The biggest hurdle we have is there are more of us, then there are informed and experienced Drs.....u will have to push to get testing and answers....and to locate a Dr that is a true specialist.
Ok yea, I think I am going to. I'm just worried because My GP is not very good and I'm afraid the word "minimal" is not going to make her take me seriously.
Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.
I would suggest u have more testing...see if ur Chiari is creating a CSF obstruction....or if u have any related condition like syringomyelia, tethered cord, disk issues, ICP,POTS,sleep apnea, or Ehlers-danlos....all of which can cause symptoms that are all similar to those of Chiari....
