please look at my system tell me if they are similar to Chiari Malformation i have 3mm


Fatigue >                  Comes and goes rest does not help tire easily
Eye problems >         dubble vision one eye croses  my eyes dart often threw out the day. Left eye dominate blurry vision some times
Balance >                 general balance problems and turning corners
Speech >                  slur speech trouble getting words out
Spasm >                   hands arms and legs
Shaking >                 usually when trying to grab or reach for something. not fine trimmers but shaking of hands or arms
Coordination>          loss of dexterity
Swallowing >           difficulty swallowing lump in throat
Mental>                   concentration learning new things deficits
Walking>                  can’t walk for. Clumsy limp

Less command systems
Rapid heart beat
Breathlessness
Depression

  Yes, this is what u need to know, do u have a CSF obstruction...not all with chiari r surgical candidates....and those with a CSF obstruction r the ones that need attention.

  SO u may be able to find that u do not have an obstruction and  can just go with meds, PT and being monitored.....

  A CINE MRI is done in 2 parts, the first similar to a regular MRI, but the 2nd is done with contrast dye injected and a BP clip on ur finger.

The MRI is done more like a movie, then still pics so they can see how the flow may change with the beat of ur heart, if the tonsils pulsate it can cause obstruction that may not be seen in a still MRI pic.

Yes i had a mri they said i had a 2 to 3 herniated cerebellar

  Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.

Many of the symptoms u mention can be said to be similar to chiari, but also to several other conditions...until u have testing done to know for sure, it is all speculation.

Have u had a brain MRI w/wo contrast...and a cervical spine MRI?
