New syrinx pic!

I posted my current mri of my syrinx in my profile, anyone think its bigger?  Any thoughts welcomed!
Still, as usual, debating on surgery!¡!

  There is no way we could know as it all depends on the slice and magnification that was used and it is the same as in the last MRI u posted....not being a radiologist...I really can not speculate...but if u have ne new symptoms that would be a tell tale sign.
