I wanted to thank everyone for all of their prayers and caring thoughts. Here is the email I just got from WICC. It sounds like Dr. H may atleast be able to do something.....I hope.
Thanks again everyone!!!
Megan,
Dr. Heffez reviewed your films over the weekend. He states that you have a small Chiari and is questioning a tethered cord. If you would like to come to The Wisconsin Chiari Center we would need to get your insurance information to obtain any prior authorizations you may need. He would like to get MRIs of your brain with additional views of the Chiari area and a MRI of the cervical spine with flexion and extension views. He would also like to obtain SSEP and BAER testing. If you can give me your insurance information, I will contact them and obtain benefits and authorization. We are currently scheduling for November 24th and 25th or later. Please let me know if there is a date that would work for your schedule.
Thank you so much for all of the good wishes and prayers!! You are all so amazing. You have no idea how much it helps me to have such wonderful people on my side.
Will continue to pray and send those good vibes...things seem to be falling into place for u.
