No ambition or feelings like i can't function properly, Chiari malformation related?

I underwent Decompression surgery for Chiari Malformation type 1 in 2010, I've always had this slight attention problem when i was young but for the past few years i feel as though its gotten worse, it almost feels like im too lazy or dont have enough energy to concentrate... I'm just trying to make sense of it. I also feel like i have no drive to be productive most days, every now and then I'll have a good day and feel almost 100% but most days this is how i feel.

Hi! Random question, but do you take Vicodin or any other med that contains acetaminophen? Check out this article... it helped me understand some of the lack of interest I have been feeling.

I also take 10mg of Adderall ever morning. Seems to help me stay focused and moving forward.

Have you been tested for other related conditions? It is possible you still have some related or unrelated conditions causing you to feel this way.....if not, you may want to consider your emotional state.....talk with your Drs.

I had surgery in '09 and can relate if I over do it.....but I still have a drive to be productive and I do have times where I am feeling like I lack the energy to do much , so I take the day and rest up so I can get back to doing things....

What are you doing on the days you feel almost 100%?
