Any tips for numbness in hands?

Hey, been having a lot of trouble with my hands going numb recently and it's very annoying - especially when I'm In school. Does anyone have any tips on how to cope/help this? Thank you xx

Hmm... Mabey :/ and I had the numbness REALLY bad before surgery but it seemed to calm down after, still had it most days but nowhere near as bad. This is just flickering on and off, quite annoying really

Hello,

Did the numbness start after surgery?  If it did it could be nerves rerouting.  Cause I had the numbness come after surgery and they told me it was cause of the size of my syrinx, the nerves had to learn again.  Yes I had everything ruled out, also.
