Spring pain

When the weather changes from winter to spring-like conditions, my seasonal allergies kick in full force. So, the pressure buildup and sneezing fits (6+ in rapid succession) get worse. Allergy meds only help so much leaving me miserable and hoping I don't have a massive pain episode at work. Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts on how to lessen the sneezing at least? With hopes that I'll be able to function at work until the end of March?

I use bee pollen, raw local honey, and antihistamine. It has made a huge difference in how much my allergies affect me. Hope this helps.

Hi...I also have issues with the season changes and it is not all allergies as I was informed many of us with Chiari also have EDS and we tend to  also over produce histamines....which may be allergy like symptoms.....

My Dr started me on a nightly antihistamine....taken a few hrs b4 I go to bed which also help me sleep...and for when I have more issues like a weather front or major change I take a non drowsy formula during the day in addition to my nightly dose.....

I hope this is helpful to you.
