Update

Hello everyone!!
Just wanted to update since my cortisone shots. It has been a little over a week since the shots. Last night my husband asked how I was feeling. I had to stop and sit quiet for a minute before I answered. Surprisingly all week I havent even noticed PAIN!!! Come to think of it no pain at all this week! No headache, neck pain or even just aches around the area I was having pain before! It will be a year next week since my first surgery! Finally it took a year to feel somewhat normal!! My energy level has just perked up and sleeping has gotten a bit better! I hope and pray for more days/weeks like this week! I see my NL again in a month hope to get more cortisone shots on other areas because this first round helped! :) Now if I can get rid of the nasty cold I caught from my daughter I will be Happy!! Hope everyone is doing fine! Prayers will be said to all who is having surgery on Monday!

Really!!?? That's so amazing!! I am glad to here that it is working so well for you...I think I am going to bring that up when I go for my assessment. The temple/ear pain and sharp pains you mention are a really big problem for me too, I would love to get rid of it!! How often do you have to get the injection in each area?

ohh and I forgot to add, all the ear pain/pressure I was having. along with the head pain around the temple area and sharp shooting pain on each side of my head above my ears have all subsided! :) what a relief to feel this way!
