Spasms in legs and feet?

I haven't been feeling to good today and all day my legs and feet have been having crazy spasms. Is this normal? No unusual pain

  U r very recent to having had surgery so u will have some issues...do u do neck exercises to prevent the muscles from getting tight?

Use a heating pad for 15 mins b4 u exercise and then again after u r done...but no more then 15 mins of heat....

If u have swelling use ice....again no more then u can tolerate and 15 mins max.....

Talk with ur Dr and make sure u r taking the right supplement and dosage.

I had the same type of day. Not feeling right and spasms in my legs. Tthey kept changing location. All day, its soo annoying. I myself get b12 inj every 2weeks for I have b12 deficiency....wonder tho cause I also have eds and raynauds, so it could be from any dxs. I usually get them tho all over so nothin new, just don't know why.......?

It has now been two months since surgery. I actually was just thinking today about getting a b12 shot and I took some potassium today.

  Hi...can u refresh us on how long it has been since u had surgery?

Spasms can be due to what u doing in the course of the day,......I had many spasms too and I am not sure if it was from what I was doing, or my EDS DX....

Have u had ur vit D and B12 levels checked as well as magnesium and potassium....low levels can cause spasms so u should ask ur Dr about these....

It  is more normal to have tingling...as the nerves come back...but depending on how pinched off some of ur nerves were mayb that is y u r having spasms....

Do talk with ur Dr and let us know what u find out.
