Is this new for you? Some people are just like this, it's just what their body does (specifically with fattening stuff & carbs!). The breathing part isn't good, ask your dr.
Do you have celiacs? Even if you don't, wheat free diets do good things for a lot of people. I don't know why. I was on a very restricted allergy diet for a while, including no wheat, and while I didn't get to eat anything good, I felt amazing. Now I eat just about everything again, but I limit breads & pastas.
I didn't see the 9 mo part at first...measure yourself before & after! I hope you are exaggerating a lot, but if not...def call your dr! And stop eating so much bread :)
Many with chiari also have GERD...and that could be a problem for u....how long since ur last surgery...and what meds r u on?
Pizza is acidic and will bloat u up if u have GERD.....
U should check ur meds to see if they may cause GERD or these side effects, and talk to ur Dr about a GI study......

Last surgery was March 20, 2009.
B n serious. Only eat 2 reg slices pizza.
What meds do u currently take...many meds can cause GERD< and many with Chiari have GERD...so ne pizza will cause an issue no matter how much u eat....plus, if u r stressed that will add to it,.
Try chewing some gum (sugar free) it helps u produce more saliva and the saliva helps break down the acids ....Avoid foods like pizza, spaghetti, ne thing spicy....soda's...alcohol....
And do talk to a GI dr.
