  Hi....today lets post so wishes for yourself, family, friends...whomever you want to share a wish for....

It can be for Chiari itself or EDS....what ever you feel inclined to wish for.......

like everyone who says chiari has drastically changed their lives i too feel the same.
They say they  miss their income I too had to quit a high paying banker job to settle for something done from home and obviously there is a lot of difference in income and I have cut down on pampering me and spending on myself a lot.

.As well as I used to feel good when I was doing my earlier job and I used to come across different people and talk to them which sort of freshened me.But now I have do things from computer without personal human interactions.

anyway no regrets ...happened is happened and i always believe things happen as per gods will.

I wish that none in my family for generations or any of chiari sufferers family would  suffer from chiari or associated conditions or any other difficult  conditions.

  Hi all my wish this week is simple, that my reflux leaves me alone...lol...it has been good for a long time, but with the change of the seasons/temps it is flaring up as always....so I will be playing with meds and watching my diet even more closely.....so I also may be a bit scattered and forget to post things like Tuesday's treasures....sigh....forgive me : )

We just build a basketball court in front of our garage two months ago. I can't even play now. I wish I could play with my kids. REALLY play. They ask me every day. I can occasionally play just a shooting game like "horse" but not a real fast paced game of half court basketball.

So, I wish I could play basketball with my kids!

This week, I wish that the Conquer Chiari Walk Across America was in my town, so local friends could come out to support the walkers. Since there was no walk in Charlotte, I chose to go to Philadelphia to walk on Saturday. My father lives close and is coming with me, but is just wish there would be more friends to support the cause.

  baccalynnwv - I know what you mean....so difficult to not be able to be as active with our kids....I was never a sports player....as I always felt bad after all the activity....


Elisaandbucky- Me too....sigh...they use to have one near me, in a nearby town, now I have to go an hour and a half  away...when they had them I had just had surgery and could not go, now I think I could handle it and none around here....Philly is where I would have to go, but I no longer Drive and can not get someone to take me that far....have a great time <3

I wish I could get the chance to meet you in person. I am walking by myself - my sister and father will be there, but neither is walking. I am going to walk at a very leisurely pace. I am going mainly to be a part of it all.
