Hi,
The one and only thing that I learned from a PT that actually helped instead of hurt was to lie flat on the floor, bed etc. Press your head slightly down into to the floor, the movement should be really slight. hold for a count of ten and then do ten times.

Hi..we do daily threads and one was on relaxation tips...use the search this community feature( top right)... to look st the older threads for some of the ideas on there.
As for me, I like to get as warm as possible, being cold causes more pain...so a good warm soak...low lights, candles and a soft scent...and my fav music......this helps me....
thank you im gonna check it out. and i agree i love heated mattress pads and snuggling as tight to my fiance as i can he's a human furnace lol.
