Isn't it measured objectively? I think if you disagree with their opinion, your disagreement must be noted in your records.
Mayb, they r considering it the normal upper body strength lost with chiari, so it is normal lost to the condition u r being seen for????
just a thought...as I also had a significant lost of upper body strength....and was told it was due to chiari.
It doesn't seem like it. Dr. Heiss said it was normal strength. On the other hand he said strength loss is caused by Chiari
