3 year old won't sleep in her bed

Our 3 year old little girl used to sleep in her bed up until this summer. Our family relocated to Washington and until our house was ready, we had to live in a hotel for about a month. In the hotel, we allowed our little one to sleep in bed with us. Now we are settled into our new house and she will go to bed at night in her own bed, but every single morning at about 3 a.m., she comes to our bed. For naps, she sleeps in our bed only (excepts at daycare where she sleeps on a mat). Any suggestions for getting her to sleep in her bed and most importantly STAY in her own bed?
