Your experience is needed.

My cousin has a 6 year old girl, that has been diagnosed with ODD (oppositional defiant disorder).  Her doctor is wanting to start her on a drug called Risperdal.  This drug is commonly used to treat Schizophrenia.  She questioned the drug and the doctor said that it does help children that has been diagnosed with ODD.  I was hoping that there may be some people on this website that has used this drug before.  I was wanting to know about side effects and how your children have responded to this drug.  Please share any information with me.

I don't have any experience, but you could do a search on Med Help for Risperdal to get posts of those who might.

There is another website -- Daily Strength - that has a support group for ODD. I think many people on that site would have lots of input.
