babbles when she talks

My granddaughter who is 22 months says a lot of words. She can say "Where did it go?".What's that?, WOW and Cool. She says Mommy,Daddy, Granny, Pappy, Sissy,she can say the dogs name etc. She also talks a lot of babble. She chatters all the time and most of the time we don't have a clue what she's saying. She seems to know because she'll tell you this long babble and laugh like she has told you a joke...Is this normal???

Yes, perfectly normal!  Sounds like she is developing and progressing very well.
Gradually she'll become more intelligible.  Just keep talking to and interacting with her.  All is well!
