i keep picking the spots on the tops of my arms

it is soo bad i keep picking the spots from my elbow to the top of mi arm on both sides i cant stop it well i dont pick them i squeeze them i think im addicted to it have you got any thearys to help me cause i cant wear short sleve tops plz help im 11 xxxx

Hey I know what your going through I've had the same problem for about four years now. I am 20 now and still struggling.  It's so hard not to do it!!   It feels good but the results are soo disatisfying.  I've done some personal research myself and here's what i've found.  At first I thought it was a skin problem right because of the little bumps I assume you are talking about on the backs of your upper arms.  So I tried moisturizers, acne meds, exfoliating, and all the things i thought would get rid of them.  I found that it's pretty much impossible to get completely rid of them but I did some more research once I realized that the problem was becoming addicting and I became almost OCD about it.  I found that it is really caused by a phycological issue.  Now i'm no expert but i found that the Compulsive Spectrum Disorder CSD fit the description of my problem.  I would recomend checking out this website on "how to stop compulsive skin picking"  http://grossbart.com/picking.html   also, don't hesitate to ask your doctors some questions about it and mention the above ^^ about how it could be a mental issue.  Well I hope this helps!!!
