best to discuss this with a doctor or pharmacist who can tell you what the expected effects might be should the parents be over or under medicating the child concerned. It could also be that the child may be being given other medications (prescribed or not) which are interacting with the Adderall (adderrall).. Make sure you keep a written record of changes in behaviour/symptoms with dates and times so that you have written evidence should you ever need it.
