sexual behavior with 5 year old boys

I have a five year old boy who always wants to play with people's feet. The other day we were sitting on the couch and he was playing with my feet and after a couple of minutes I noticed he had an erection when he walked away. I didnt say anything to him about it. Today the same thing happened and I asked him if he had to go pottie, he said no. I asked him why he likes to touch mommy's feet and he said because he likes feet. I changed the subject but I find this really strange. Should I be concerned?
