penis tip burn

a week ago i had recieved oral sex from a woman. that night and eversince the tip of my penis has had a burning sensation.  the only sexual contact we had is my penis in her mouth. could i have contracted something. this is really scarry.  i have no redness. everything looks just fine except for the slight burning sensation.

there are only a few things you could have gotten through oral, although that transmission in this manner is low...
Question- Have you ever had unprotected sex? If so then those need to be accounted for as symtoms (symptoms) can take time to appear.
Also, you don't indicate whether it was protected so I'll assume it was unprotected Oral.

You could also just have an irritation, anything could be causing your symptoms I suggest seeing your doctor.
