MY TOTAL CHOLESTEROL WAS 171   REFERENCE RANGE 125 -200MG/DL    HDL CHOLESTEROL 67 REFERNCE RANGE 40 MG/DL         CHOLESTEROL/HDL RATIO  2.6    REFERENCE RANGE 5.0    LDL CHOLESTEROL 84  REFERENCE RANGE 130 MG/DL     TRIGLYCERIDES  98  REFERNCE RANGE 150MG /DL       SO WHAT FOODS LOWER THE LDL   AND WHAT FOODS RAISE THE HDL

To be honest I've never seen a better cholesterol profile than yours. If there's one thing in life you don't need to worry about, it's your cholesterol! :)

Your numbers are perfect, I don't think you should go any lower on your LDL unless you have heart disease or some major risk factors. Also, your HDL is great as well. You can increase it with Omega 3 fatty acids like fish oil. Also, staying natural with fruits and veggies and staying away from processed foods will help your LDL if you do need to lower it.

Overall, I think your numbers are great, nice job!
