Varices Banding

Another banding today. This will show if new ones are forming in my esophagus. I am also curious to see how the cluster in my stomach are doing. It's been 7 months since the last one and they only banded 2 last time.

As always, just a little nervous.. Hector, Dee, Pooh and the gang too numerous to name: I love you guys. Just needed to say that. I'm not morbid, just don't want a day to pass without remembering the people who have battled alongside me.
xoxo Karen:)

Thanks rpooo. I'm hanging in there and researching cirrhosis. It is the last thing I wanted to do after treatment. But heck. I'm alive and still going! Woohoo!

Tinks. I'm still zoney from meds. Our liver just loops the stuff round and round. It takes forever to get rid of it!
And it's taking me some time to realize how big this was. No bandings. I just keep saying it. Maybe it will sink in. xo Karen:)

rpoo I want you praying every day for me! NO bandings needed! I was more nervous than I have been for the others. I still do not know how to wrap my mind around it.

I am wishing you the best. I am hoping your portal hypertension is stable.

We are all nervous when we have procedures performed on our bodies because we are human. Despite our anxieties we more forward and do what we have to do. That is a sign of courage. With courage, inner strength, love and support we can overcome more than we ever could have imagined.

Hang in there.
Best to you.
