Just hope to let you know that early cirrhosis usually does not have symptoms but that does not mean that your liver is not being damaged which is why you are being monitored.

If you should ever develop the symptoms on the list is means your liver has become very damaged to the point of possible liver failure which would require a liver transplant to survive.

For your original question "do u think my ultrasound report with cirrhosis cuz i have eaten a fat meal in mid night and my ultrasound in the morning?"

From my understanding the avoiding fat for a day prior to the ultrasound is because a standard abdominal ultrasound looks at the pancreas, liver, gall bladder, kidneys and spleen. A fatty meal that is still being digested will produce lots of air which ultrasound cannot see through. It will also cause your gall bladder to contract so they can't evaluate it.

Next time I suggest you follow your testing instructions. I usually basically nearly fast the day before my ultrasound. Fruit and jello diet. Some plain rice and steamed vegetables no butter no oil.

Good luck and wish you continued good health

Early cirrhosis has NO symptoms. Although signs of cirrhosis can be seen on ultrasound the gold standard for diagnosis of cirrhosis is a liver biopsy

From the Mayo Clinic
http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/cirrhosis/basics/symptoms/con-20031617

By Mayo Clinic Staff
Cirrhosis often has no signs or symptoms until liver damage is extensive. When signs and symptoms do occur, they may include:
Fatigue
Bleeding easily
Bruising easily
Itchy skin
Yellow discoloration in the skin and eyes (jaundice)
Fluid accumulation in your abdomen (ascites)
Loss of appetite
Nausea
Swelling in your legs
Weight loss
Confusion, drowsiness and slurred speech (hepatic encephalopathy)
Spider-like blood vessels on your skin to diagnosis cirrhosis is a liver biopsy not so much an ultrasound although there can be seen indications of cirrhosis on ultrasound

Good luck I hope you do not have cirrhosis. Why were you having the liver reasons done? Are your liver enzymes above normal levels? Do you have hepatitis c? If you do you should get treated to cure your hepatitis c before it can cause any additional liver damage.

Are you asking will the ultrasound show cirrhosis since you ate a fatty meal the night before your scan?
The answer is no.  The ultrasound will show cirrhosis if you have it regardless of whether you ate the night before or not.  If you are cirrhotic it will be apparent on the ultrasound no matter what or when you ate.
Hope this helps
