Bllod Pressure Meds and Wellbutrin

I was put on BP meds over a year ago and took Lexapro also, I have gained about 30 lbs in a year. I was going through a very rough time in my life and think now I could come off one. I heard that some meds help with BP and ect
Any ideas. Also I changed from Lexapro 2 months ago on a low dose then he uped the dose and have been moody, and angry. any ideas ????

Be sure to follow a regime that your Doc. supplies before coming off any Psych.,meds. If you don't taper off very gradually then there's a greater risk of a relapse. Your meds were upped for some reason, Did you ask why?Meds + a talking therapy, such as CBT work for me very well. No way can I avoid the unwanted side-effects if I want their benefits. Weight gain's very common on AD's.It takes time/effort;/a lot of willpower to get your weight back to where you want it. If you persist it will happen. Am sure you don't want to be ill any more.Best wishes. George
