Bupropion XL re-having side effects

I have been taking bupropion XL 300 once a day for about 2 months. I had been getting my prescription filled at our local walgreens. My insurance has "forced" me to go on a mail order drug program. (they wont pay for my prescriptions if i dont which is over $200) I started taking the mail order pharmacies bupropion for about 2 weeks same dosage and name... pills look different though. (I assume they are just  from another manufacturer) Since i have been taking them I have been getting bad headaches, a MAJOR loss of appetite, Im tired and irritable and I had a mini anxiety attack last night over nothing.  The weirdest thing has been the fact that I am getting my period again. I had one at the beginning of  month (it is regulated by birth control) and after 2 days of being on the new bupropion... I am having what seems to be another period?? Are re-having the side effects of the same drug normal??? Would the drug mess with my cycle?? even though the previous one never did? and it is supposed to be the same thing?

If buprion is Wellbutrin, I took it first thing in the morning and would get a partial effect all day long but at 5 PM it would drop off and a large depression would come in. My pharmacist said that is a problem with Wellbutrin, the strongest effect is what you take that day, and the buildup over the 8 weeks I trialled it did not amount to that much. I guess that is why doc said to go off it cold-turkey when he switched me to another med, which he definitely said I would have to taper from to go off.

off topic from you're question...sorry. But, I'm currently on the same med bupropion XL, only 150 for the past 3 weeks and I was wondering since you have been taking it longer, how long till you started feeling any help w/ the depression?? I'm waiting for a call back from Doctor(maybe up it?) Also, if this helps, I got mine from CVS and my expierence has been tummy troubles, increased anxiety(which is an effect of it and was my only docs concern about putting me on it, since I take anxiety meds) and loss of appetite(which I hear is normal w/ this med. I've had loss of appetite since I started taking meds this past 10 months, after being in an auto accident. As far as my periods, I have never skipped one, but they are not every 28 days like they used to be(kinda random, like 34days-40+) Maybe the bupropion we'll get them back on cycle?
Take care

Call them and ask your questions. They have a responsibility to both ship the right drug and either they or the manufacturer (who you might end up calling too) must know the side effects.
