Definitely don't do it! I would suggest grabbing an ice cube when you have the urge and let it melt completely in your hand. Distract yourself by starting a movie you enjoy that is not going to bring you emotionally back to where you are or listening to music or even reading a book. The ice cube will hurt, but at least you are not actually hurting yourself in the long run.
I am also a person you could message and talk to. I've had the same problem and I'm not completely away from it. I've quit multiple times for the past 4 years and I'm trying my hardest to not go back. I feel the same way.
dont do it...it is not the only way it will make things worse. like ive said before if you need someone to talk to messge me i will listen to anything you have to let out...
