BUMPS??

HEY

i am 19 yrs old always had protected sex and i bearly realized i seem to have like 2 small bumps on my penis shaft by the middle. I have not had sex for about 4 months not. I can only see them when i stretch the skin where they appear after i stretch the skin but the thing is that i also see a lot of them these little bumps when i stretch the skin but the 2 of them are more visible.  THis is the only way i can see the bumps by stetchin the skin. If i dont stretch the skin i cannot see anything my penis looks normal.  THese things are the color of my skin, they are not rought they are smooth. They do not itch or no other symptom is present. I am really worried i may have something, I have already been tested for all major stds and everything is negative but i bearly saw these lil bumps so i wasnt able to tell the doctor about this, so please any ideas of wat can these be??

1) can genital warts be visible without stretchin the skin to see them or do u need to stretch it to see them??

Hi,

No all bumps are not STD's. This could be - pearly penile papules or fordyce spots. You would need to consult your doctor for a confirmed diagnosis.

'Pearly penile papules are multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis. They typically develop in men aged 20 to 40, and around 10 per cent of all men are affected. They may be mistaken for warts, are not infectious and require no treatment.'

'Fordyce spots are small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion, but frequently appear in crops of 50 to 100. They are painless and not itchy, but may cause embarrassment because of their appearance, or a fear that they might be sexually transmitted. '
