Penis skin bumps

Hi, I have had small bumps on my penis ever since I was maybe 12 or 13. lately tho I have developed something underneath the skin on my penis. Its not very big. maybe the size of a regular zit on the face. i can feel it but i dont necessarily see it as much as i can feel it. maybe its deep under the skin? anyway it hurts if i were to press on it or squeeze it. so my question is what may this be and what can I do to help it? I always have protected sex and my mate has been tested for STD's.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The small bumps that you are talking about are Fordyce spots which are normally found on penis in some males. The bump that you are having can be folliculitis, boil, sebaceous cyst, blocked oil gland or genital wart.
Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep us posted on how you are doing.
