Cab Fordyce spots occur on the head of penis????

Hi,  Recently the head of my penis has become filled with painless red flesh-colored bumps. The skin looks  blemished. When erect, my whole penis is covered and almost has a glossy type sheen. The bumps are tiny, also it seems the ridge around my head has become sort of jagged looking. My only reasoning behind it not being fordyce, is when steroid cream is applied it goes away almost completely. I'm 26, I have mild fordyce on my shaft and scrotum since I was young but it seems as if this "irritation" on my head has happened overnight. I've researched everything. I'm at a loss. Only things I think it could be is dermatitis, yeast-infection or the Fordyce.
This is killing me.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it does not sound like Fordyce. It sounds like contact dermatitis or small hair follicles. Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or in case you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
