Can water cause a rash?
Its been a few months since I am noticing rashes on my forearms .. occasionally, from water. I live in Saudi Arabia and I don't know of any tap water pollution here. Can tap water cause skin irritation and rashes? or is my skin occasionally becoming more sensitive to water?

It's possible your skin is just drying out- have you tried moisturizing it with lotion? It's possible that something in the water could be causing a rash, but I'd lean more towards dry skin.
