Fordyce spots or..?

Hello there.
I`m a 20 year old male, that has never had sexual intercourse of any kind but despite that i`ve gotten something weird probably. My problem goes like this: I already know i have fordyce spots on the lower part of the penis, and am fully informed about what they are and why they are, but recently i`ve gotten really scared about white, little wart like bumps on the very tip of It. I`ve had them ever since i can remember myself and have been trying to figure them out, but with no luck. Maybe i have missed some part of information, maybe they are fordyce spots, that i shouldn`t worry about, but still, a professionals opinion would be the best. They feel as if they`re a part of the tip and don`t feel awkward. There are prolly hundreds of those little critters in size 1mm and less.
So, what are these white little warts/spots on the very tip? Is it a viral infection of some sort? What should i do?
I can post a photo if necessary.
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Thanks for the appreciation. Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization. No creams or gels are useful. I suggest you to discuss these treatment options with your doctor.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Thanks for your reply, myabe this is a bit late and you won`t notice this, i just wanted to say thank you again for your reply and those really turned out to be fordyce spots. What a relief. Pity there is no real cure for them, except some kind of gel or cream, don`t know, that`s not available in my counry. Anyways it`s good news ^^

Hello,
From the symptoms they look like Fordyce spots only. They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
