I have attached a picture of the spots i have got. I keep on getting this new spots every day. What is this.

I am 26 yrs old. I have just got 4 more black dots on my upper chest and lower chest area that i noticed just 2 days ago. Also i want to add that all of this spots are on my right side of the body.

You have not mentioned your age but these symptoms can be due to senile purpura ( if you are aged) or due to lentigo.

Lentigo is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin.
You cannot remove them at home.Cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen and laser are the main treatment modalities.
Get them examined from your dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
