Skin biopsy, doc mentioned...

Hi! I've been waiting for a follow up would really appreciate if anyone can help... I'm fairly certain that I have a demodex infestation problem. The dermatologist didn't seem think there was any problem at all, but while taking the sample she mentioned that I "do" have a lot of follicles in there. It was taken from my upper back, somewhere I don't have hair. Is this why she said "do" and pointed it out? And what exactly does or might that mean? Is it something that could be causing the chronic neck pain I've had for over a year? I'm basically certain that they are connected....
