Hello,

It looks like you are talking about Fordyce spots which are present normally on penis. Fordyce spots are small, bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion, but frequently appear in crops of 50 to 100. They are painless and not itchy, but may cause embarrassment because of their appearance. They may bleed if injured or even during intercourse.
Other possibilities are of hair follicles and pearly penile papules. All of them are harmless.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.

Hello,
The skin colored lumps could be genital warts. Warts are tumours or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV). They are cauliflower-like protuberances and are usually symptomless but they are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person. It is also possible to get warts from using towels or other objects used by an infected person.

I would recommend getting an examination and biopsy done from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.

Hello,
Warts are usually flesh colored bumps and it is not necessary that they are cauliflower shaped.Sometimes they may present as flat warts also which present as small pimples. It is necessary to get it examined from a dermatologist and get it completely ruled out.

I hope that helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
