Stress often causes several body changes. Skin can be one of them. 'Satellite' type (round) patches are often a sign of either a fungal infection or eczema (could be a number of other things as well)(itching could indicate eczema). Depending on the cause, (fungal, ecz, bact.) there are a number of treatments. For one, try showering with cooler water, keeping the areas clean (try cleaning with hibiclens). Warm water sometimes burns away the outer layers of the skin, making the skin more succeptable to infections and or bacteria. If its a eczema related rash, an over the counter topical steroid cream like cortizone will do the trick (its probably the best bet). If it was a fungal rash, using over the counter lotrimin would heal it up. Either way, contact your GP and show him or her in person. Im not a doctor, but I suffer from a similar condition and I know what its like.
Thank you for the response, I thought it might be from stress because I haven't had these before, but I wasn't sure. Also the rashes aren't circular, they are uneven patches. And they leave so fast, I would have to go to the doctor the same day. Also the rashes will be gone sometimes for up to 2 weeks and then come back again. What do you think?
From your description, it sounds more like eczema (which can be stress caused). Try using over the counter topicals such as Cortizone Cream, which should clear it right up. If that doesnt work, you might have to seek the advice of a dermatologist who might prescribe you something stronger.
