Painful hard swelling near my penis

Two days I had small to medium-sized painfull hard swelling at the left side apprximately one cm from origin of my penis. I shaved hair at pubic region 3 days before.
Pain increases on touching. It's like a small ball surrounded by the skin.
I am Muslim so I don't practice sex and also I did not get married yet. so it can't be STD at all.
Please help me as it's somewhat irritant.

Thanks for your interaction with me, actually it is now very small and not irritant or discomfortable at all.
I did not use any type of treatment...

Hello,
A clinical examination will be very helpful for confirming the diagnosis. You have shared your hair 3 days back so there is a possibility that this is a razor bump or folliculitis.Razor bumps are usually caused by ingrown hairs. Wear loose cotton undergarments. Apply moist heat compresses this will help the bump to drain. Do not scratch them as it breaks the skin and introduces infection in the bump. Use an antibiotic cream to reduce the risk of infection. A topical antibiotic like Neosporin may be applied. If the symptoms are severe or persistent consult a doctor and get it examined. Do keep me posted on how you are doing.
