PENIS INFECTION?????

I have never seen something like this in the head of my penis? I have a rash that seems to produce a white smelly, creamy substance on the back side of penis head! I'm not circumzised and think it could be yeast infection! But also, 3 weeks ago I had unprotected sex for the first time in my life with my girlfriend? I'm so worried that i think i got a std from her???? Also the tip of my pennis is is somewhat dry!!!!!I have no pain, itching, fever, or anything!!!!! I'm just worried and will be going to my doctor sometime this week! Please advise me what it can be????

wannabe same problem goes unidentified.  this is like a mild std, that has not been identified by anyone.  it sounds like'genital candidiasis' - no not a typical STD, transmitted through unprotected sex (why?) anyhow, keep reading:  yeast is traditionally said not to be transmitted sexually.  but may i say this to the medically informed community:  not all yeast organisms are similar, just as not all viruses are as virulent. yes/no?  the more virulent, then more noticeable the symptoms.
you're lucky if this thing doesn't spread.  you could probably solve the problem by being circumsized, or if really lucky just using an antifungal that works agaist yeast (fungus) organism, etc. ketoconzole, or clortrimazole.  but be warned, drug tolerance for these yeasts can and does develop, the yeast must be destroyed 100%, or it will return, and be more difficult / drug resistant.  (this is probably how this 'genital candidiasis' has been becoming more 'virulent', by being passed, from person to person, treated with antifungals (unsuccessfully) , and becoming stronger in the process.  Again, i'd say you're really lucky if this thing doesn't spread.,, don't touch your anus, or you're gonna have problems there.  if you can erradicate this problem quickly, do so.  don't worry about circumcision as a mutilation; make sure doctors are aware of what this organism really is.  uniformed medical opinions leads to uniformed treatments, which allow candida to spread( regardless of what conventional opinion regarding the spread of yeast/ candida) through sex is.  there may be a gray re: candida/fungus, area people are as yet unfamiliar with.

I have for about 2 weeks now had pain passing urine. My urine hole seems to close over with a gooey, black substance if I haven't urinated for a few hours. It stings at the end of my penis when I pass urine. It is not sore when erect & me & my girlfriend have had unprotected sex for years now. I am circumcised.

I have had a severe penis pain for about 2 months and it has so far confounded my doctor and a dermatolgy specialist.

The pain is within my penis glans, is particularly accute at the tip and seems to affect the underside of my penis to my rectum and also cause moderate muscular pain in my buttocks and thighs. It started as mild discomfort last December and became moderately painful early January when I checked with a doctor who took urine and blood samples and eliminated prostrate cancer but put me on anti biotics for 2 weeks.

By late January the pain was stronger and a small wart had developed under my penis where the foreskin is joined to the glans. I started to take Aspirin, mainly in order to sleep. I saw a Dermo who applied something to the wart and told me to use Daktarin. The wart diappeared within days but the pain increased in severity to the extent I was taking 8 aspirins a day.I can best describe the pain as a stinging burning sensation at my penis tip which occassionaly seems to peak as a `stab' I feel a strange `movement within my penis glans - like a wriggling worm which occassionaly bites. The doctor took a further blood sample and an excrutiatingly painful uretha probe swab sample. He prescribed further antibiotics - specifically for Chlemedia. Blood and a culture were tested, including for Chlemedia, Syphilis and HIV - all negative.

I have no unusual external penile visual effects, no discharge and no urine blood. The pain continues and I have not slept properly for 2 weeks. I am taking far too many Aspirin.I need 4 tablets to ease the pain for about 3 hours.

Urinating does not particulaly increase the pain but urination pressure seems low. I have not had intercourse for precautionary reasons since January. I have masturbated twice in the last 2 weeks and had no problem with erection or ejaculation-although ejaculation increased the pain.Possibly as a result of the antibiotics and/or aspirin I am severely constipated. I am loosing confidence in my doctor.  With apologies for the lenght of this post, please advise. thank you.

John

It's probably smegma, the cheesy material produced by the foreskin.  It could be yeast, I guess, but yeast is hardly ever spread from one person to another, so your recent sexual encounter is unlikely to be relevant one way or the other.  I would apply nothing more than soap, water, and moisture lotion, don't rub or pick or closely examine the penis, and see the doctor as planned for the reassurance you need and are likely to get.

Best.
