Penis health

I have like 7 little orange spots or red spots on the head of my penis (the sensitive part) which are kind of unnoticeable. But I can see them. They have been there for a while now. About a year or 2. I have also masturbated since that time. So I was wondering what it was and if that could have been the caused of it ?

Hello,
What you seem to be having are Fordyce spots or molluscum contagiosum. Fordyce spots are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

They should be got removed only for cosmetic reasons as they are normally found on the penis.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
