Unusual cysts on face

I have medium sized cysts under each eye, one on cheek, two on chin. Each one followed the other after some time, they swell up with pus, use a warm compress, they drain, then fill up again. About 2 weeks from coming to a head, each one stopped draining but each left a different type of mark(one hard bump, one flat bump, one indention, etc.). Had it cultured, biopsy, topical cream, oral medication, treated it for rosacea, tested for sarcoidosis, cancer, staph, but to no avail. Other doctors have told me there isn't much I can do. Is there a way to prevent or treat them? Last one just finished draining, another will develop soon, more than likely.

When I say drain, one dermatologist was blown away by how much. Pressure builds and becomes painful if I don't drain it regularly.

Upon further review, these cysts have a excretion similar to snot with no odor. Doesn't really match with the sebaceous discharge. Thank you for the reply and if any other ideas please let me know.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
They can be sebaceous cysts. Generally no treatment is required but if they are cosmetically unpleasant then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required. Also to have minimal scarring of the area, we can follow minimally invasive procedure of surgical excision. The advantage of surgical excision is that the cyst is treated in one session.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
