Red bumps&spots on vagina?

I've had these red bumps, mostly little, on my vagina. Some are almost like pimples and puss at times, but I'm still a virgin, so I don't think it's likely for it to be any type of STD/STI. I shave, but I can mostly tell the difference between razor bumps and whatever these are. Can someone please tell me what I should do/what they are?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These bumps can be due to folliculitis, boils or cysts. For such painful boils, you should keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics and warm compresses. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get cysts ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I would think they are a minor, benign skin condition, either little blocked sebaceous gland cysts or Fordyce spots.  I'm not even sure if there is a difference between those two conditions.  .
