Small lump on finger that itches, then pops with clear liquid

This has been bugging me for awhile. This all started with these small, hive likes lumps on my index finger. These stayed around for a good while. Then, here recently, those have went away, and now the area on my index finger is now this small lump that sometimes itches. Okay, it gets to the point I have to scratch it, then it starts to just ooze out this clear liquid.

The only way that can... Make this lump go away, is if I use peroxide and neosporin and cover it with a band aid. Which does help the itching also go away. But, I want to know what this is. It started from these little hives, now to something else and it's bothering me a lot. Any help would be appreciated!
