Strange skin bumps at base of penis

Hi,
I am 20 years old, and in the last week i have developed very small skin bumps at the base of the shaft on my penis.
They do not hurt or cause any discomfort. I can't find any sort of pictures online of what it may be. So i took a picture....hopefully this helps.

Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts, pearly penile papules (multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis)  or Fordyce spots (small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the penis and usually effect younger men).

Please get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
