bump under skin on penis

i have a small bump shaped like a piece of rice and  but slightly smaller and it is kind of hard under the skin right where my scar from circumcision is located. it doesnt hurt but it is annoying as hell and creates alot of anxiety.it is very detectable by touch when i am erect. a small amount of white stuff like a zit will come of either end out sometimes when i squeeze it.  what could it be and how do i get rid of it, it has got to go.

thanks for for taking the time to comment on my issue. i do believe this is not a health issue but i do need to get this thing removed. my family doctor told me it was to small to worry about, thats easy to say when its not on your penis. i am a young single man and this is a very disturbing thing.i cant even speak to a woman right now because of it. im not sure who i should see to have it removed. any suggestions...thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

In the absence of redness, pain or swelling, this does not sound like a discharge. You have noted this to be on top of the scar which may suggest that this could be a blocked follicle, a cyst or an enlarged sweat gland. The whitish material may be keratin plugs or dead skin. At this point, I do not think you have to be worried about this. If there is no discharge and no other signs of infection then just try to observe the skin condition. Wash the area with a light cleanser and keep it dry at all times. Avoid constantly manipulating the area to avoid further irritation.
