Tiny dry bumps on my lips - picture included

I noticed about 5-6 days ago I was getting these bumps on my lips:

there is also a very little section on the bottom center that I forgot to circle.

They are painless, feel like tiny grains of sand and the area where they are at feels dry.
I tried exfoliating with Cetaphil and shower gloves, just to give it a shot. The bumps pretty much went away, you can't see them but I can still feel them and the dryness.
Can anyone tell me what these bumps are and how to get rid of them?
Thank you :)

Thank you for responding but it turns out the bumps were just an allergic reaction to EOS lipbalm. They are completely gone now.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it sounds like Fordyce spots. They small yellowish-white granules on the inner surface and border of the lips.
Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
