help me please, genital infection?

i have these really really tiny white spots around my vagina - on the delicate skin; labium mayora and labium minora.
The skin around is slightly red. I'm only 16 and i've not had sexual intercourse. is it a fungal infection of somesort?
i'm too embarrassed to tell my mum and go to the doctors. sometimes the discharge smells a little after my period.
could you give me some advice on how to treat what ever it is and tell me what you think this medical problem is please?  thank you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The little bumps can be Fordyce spots and the discharge can be due to bacterial vaginosis or candidiasis. My advice would be to consult a gynecologist and get a swab culture done to confirm the diagnosis.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

It's a yeast infection. Don't be embarrassed it happens to most people. You need to tell your mom. You can get over the counter creams.
