i have a huge grown pimple on my left cheek! please help

it is not the first time i have this grown pimple on the same spot, actully second tho. i don;t either get this quite often,but most like eventually. the most disturbing thing  is that there's no way to squeeze out all its grossy stuff in it. as you can see in the pic. it's a huge one and i can;t stand it anymore. i've been applying this product Neutrogena on-the-spot, which kinda helped me a bit. but not enough effective tho. is there any other truly powerful effetive product for my situation???

Now understand I'm not a docotor. But that does look and sound (from the way you discribed it) almost exactly like the boil my husband had on his neck about a year ago. we squeezed and sqeezed it thinking it was just alot of pimple gathered together because of the puss it would ooze out. But turned out my mom's boyfriend had the same issue on the inside of the knee. Now I don't know what causes boil. But I do know that they make an over the counter topical medication you can buy to put onto it. It will suck out the toxins. It smells really bad (we just put a bandaid over it to keep from the smell) but after about two or three days of this it went away, He hasn't had one since. All we did was just buy the medication and follow the instructions on the bottle.

There are several treatment options available for acne - topical application creams, oral medications, laser treatment etc.

It would be best to consult your dermatologist to decide about the best treatment option in your case.

Comedonal (non-inflammatory) acne: local treatment with azelaic acid, salicylic acid, topical retinoids, benzoyl peroxide.

Mild papulo-pustular (inflammatory) acne: benzoyl peroxide or topical retinoids, topical antibiotics (such as erythromycin).

Moderate inflammatory acne: benzoyl peroxide or topical retinoids combined with oral antibiotics (tetracyclines). Isotretinoin is an option.

Severe inflammatory acne, nodular acne, acne resistant to the above treatments: isotretinoin also known as Accutane, can be prescribed by a doctor.
