I went to my derm and they all had healed at this point. But now there back and at full force. between my thighs face chest. There getting worse and I dont understand where its coming from? I thought it was follicles problem but I thought maybe had something to with hiv? I dont know if I was exposed to this  virus or not? I have gotten two tests done one on march then in May both came back negative. I dont know what to do?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to folliculitis especially pityrosporum folliculitis. It is an inflammatory skin disorder that typically manifests as a pruritic, follicular papulopustular eruption distributed on the upper trunk of young. You need to get KOH examination of the skin scrapings done to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
