very sore but not visable area

for the last few weeks i have noticed a small (pin ***** size) painful are on my back just above my bra strap,there is nothing there to see however i get a burning sensation in there and feel like something is in there,feels like there is a pin in there or something,its really irritating at first i thought maybe its an ingrowing hair or something and asked my bf to squeeze it but it was very painful and it makes it burn,any idea please??????

It can be a boil or a cyst. A boil generally starts as a reddened, tender area. Over time, the area becomes firm and hard. Eventually, the center of the abscess softens and becomes filled with pus. Finally, the pus "forms a head," which can be surgically opened or spontaneously drain out through the surface of the skin.
To confirm the diagnosis please get it evaluated from a dermatologist.  It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
